Solid LIBERATOR TT boiler 50 allows to generate heat for heating or hot water using virtually any type of solid fuel (firewood, briquettes, coal, woodchips, and husks etc.). The use of a smoke exhaust and a servodrive damper makes it possible to control the combustion process as efficiently as possible. At the same time the boiler is constantly in a state of rarefaction, which eliminates the leakage of flue gases. The innovative 3-way hybrid heat exchange system, first applied in our boilers, in conjunction with the heat exchange surface cleaning system with the help of spring-type turbulators, allows achieving the maximum efficiency. The combustion process is controlled by the boiler control board. The two key components of the system are a smoke exhaust and a servodrive damper. The exhaust fan rotates at a constant maximum speed, creating a maximum discharge. Air flow into the combustion chamber is regulated by a servodrive damper with a PID regulator. This design avoids the leakage of flue gases and combustion products into the room, as a result of the depressurization of the boiler or the malfunction of the chimney. In the case of improper functioning of the chimney (collapse clogging, poor weather conditions, and correctly matched configuration or length) boilers using overpressure fans tend to overheat and even explosion.
