Heat accumulator for solid fuel boiler
The heat accumulator for a solid fuel boiler is a universal device that significantly increases the efficiency of the heating system. The buffer capacity of the heating system simultaneously solves several problems: - takes an excess of heat energy produced by the boiler. Thus, the boiler does not enter the low-power or smoldering mode (in which there is a significant reduction in efficiency due to an increase in the fraction of CO); - prolong the period between fuel loads; -Switch the period between servicing the boiler. In the absence of the smoldering regime, the heat exchanger of the boiler is much less exposed to clogging, while maintaining a high efficiency; - Excludes the possibility of boiler boiling. With the correct strapping, the heat accumulator takes over the heat produced by the boiler, for example: when the power is cut off. The heat accumulator for the boiler can be equipped with one or more heat exchangers, which greatly increases the possibilities of its use. The upper heat exchanger, as a rule, is used for heat removal, and the lower one for heating the buffer tank. With the help of a heat exchanger in the heat accumulator, you can receive hot sanitary water, heat the tank from the solar collector, organize heating of the tracks and much more. Using additional connections, the heat accumulator can be connected to several boilers simultaneously, using it as a hydraulic separator.
