Expanded polystyrene plates are made exclusively from foreign raw materials on modern European equipment. The foam is made by a method of foaming of polystyrene granules with the addition of graphite, molding into blocks, cutting into plates and intended for thermal insulation in systems that create small mechanical loads on the insulation (facade insulation with plastering). The lateral edge of the expanded polystyrene plates can be made smooth and milled (gives the opportunity to stack plates on the technology of "thorn-groove").
