The pyrolysis process It tends to hiccups at temperatures above 1100 ° C. The advantage of this pyrolysis decomposition can be called exothermic processes, which significantly improve the heating of air used later to dry the fuel in the bunker and feed through the nozzle to the combustion zone. The formation of high-temperature torch - a distinctive feature of pyrolysis boilers - occurs in the process of mixing the evolved gases and oxygen supplied. It is noteworthy that active carbon burns in this flare, thanks to which the concentration of harmful substances in the flue gases of the boilers is minimal, the clogging of the heat exchanger pipes is insignificant, and the amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere is several times less than the permissible rate. Due to the unique completeness of combustion and decomposition of the fuel, the ash content of any used fuel is reduced to the maximum. That is why the solid fuel pyrolysis boilers DM-STELLA are cleaned much less frequently than conventional solid fuel boilers of long burning.
