Gas
Modern gas boilers are compact devices connected to the gas grid, combusting natural gas to produce heat for heating purposes and domestic hot water preparation. Nowadays, gas is the most preferred fuel due to its major benefits: affordability, efficiency, ease of use and automation of gas boilers, easy-to-handle exhaust gases. Single-circuit-boilers are capable of to be used only for heating purposes; however, if you want to also prepare hot water, the boiler must be connected to capacitive water heaters of indirect heating. Double-circuit-boilers are used for heating, and for hot water supply.
Gas boilers included in the Technology Selector are most efficient with >92% efficiency, while condensing gas boilers reach even higher efficiency – not less than 108%. They have been assessed to result in at least a 20% higher energy performance than the market average.
